What to send

  • The surveyor's or access consultant's list, or the audit items, if there is one.
  • Drawings, or photographs of the location with a rough dimension.
  • The site address or suburb, and any date the work has to meet: practical completion, an opening, a discharge.
  • For a schedule of works across a program or a portfolio, the site list.

Nothing is required beyond what is convenient to send. A photograph and a suburb is enough to start.
